I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data, as detailed below, by the Data Controller.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of data processing is for the Data Controller to coordinate the details of the boat reservation, enter into a contract with the guest, and subsequently fulfil that contract, as well as to provide personalised information to interested parties.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — voluntary and explicit consent of the Data Subject.

I acknowledge that where the Data Controller has additional legal grounds for data processing beyond this consent, the Data Controller may lawfully process my personal data even after I withdraw my consent.

5. Scope of Data Processing

This consent applies to all data processing operations described in Section 3 above.

6. Duration of Data Processing

This consent is valid for an indefinite period. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Data Controller at info@erglis.hu. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7. Privacy Policy

By checking the consent box on the contact form, I declare that I have read and accept the Privacy Policy of Erglis Property Kft., and I give my consent to data processing in full knowledge of this document.
